Service Description
This service uses individual I-Tip strands installed with micro beads to create natural-looking length, volume, and movement with maximum flexibility for your real hair. Pricing is determined by how many strands are needed based on your density, head size, and desired fullness. Hair investment typically ranges from $450–$650+ depending on the amount of hair needed. A consultation is required to determine your exact strand count. Includes: Personalized consultation (required for first-time clients) Shampoo + Conditioner Sectioning and prep of natural hair Application of tape-in wefts for seamless integration Styling (blow dry, curls, or press finish) Tips on at-home care and maintenance Consultation is required for first-time clients to ensure hair health and proper tape placement. Please arrive with detangled hair
Cancellation Policy
1. Appointment Arrival Please do not enter the building more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Appointments booked for 7:30 pm or later will have a $35 after hours fee added to your total at the time of final payment. Late arrivals: 15 minutes late: $20 late fee. 20 minutes late: appointment will be canceled and must be rescheduled. Payment methods currently accepted for your remaining balance are Cash, Cash App and Apple Pay. (Venmo and Zelle are NOT accepted) 2. Hair Preparation Shampoo & Blow Dry: Included in all services. If you arrive with clean hair and decline a shampoo, your service total will remain the same. Hair that requires extra detangling before service will incur a $20 detangling fee. Please make us aware of any scalp issues or extreme breakage prior to your appointment to ensure safe service. 3. Extensions If reusing hair/wig/bundles: Wigs must be dropped off 48 hours before your appointment for customization Hair must be clean and dry unless an extension cleaning service has been booked. Same-day drying: $30 fee added to your total. Same-day cleaning: $80 fee added to your total. Extension cleaning service is an add-on that must be booked in advance. Hair must be dropped off at least 2 days before your appointment. Failure to book the service or drop off hair on time will result in the cleaning fee being added to your appointment. 4. Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellation within 24 hours: 50% of the service total charged. Same-day cancellation: 100% of the service total charged. No-show (20+ minutes late with no notice): 100% of the service total charged. Rescheduling grace: Reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, and your cancellation fee can be applied to the new booking. 5. Payment & Refunds Deposits are required to secure appointments and are non-refundable. Deposits are applied toward your total service. No refunds after services have been provided. If dissatisfied, contact us within 48 hours. We will review and accommodate any necessary corrections at our discretion. 6. Acknowledgment By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
