wigs & extensions
If reusing hair, the hair (wig/bundles) should be clean and dry at the time of your appointment unless an extension cleaning service has been booked. If your extensions are not dry, $30 will be added to your total. If your extensions need to be cleaned at the time of your appointment, $50 will be added to your total. I cannot guarantee anything if you decide to use dirty extensions.
Cancellations, Late arrivals, No shows, and Refunds
The Luxe Hair & Beauty has a 50% late cancellation fee (canceling within 24 hrs of your appointment will result in this charge).
There is a 100% no show fee. The no show fee can be applied to an appointment rescheduled within 48 hours.
The Luxe Hair & Beauty has a no refund policy. Any requests for a refund after services are rendered will be denied.
You are considered late 15 mins after your scheduled appointment time, a $20 fee will be applied to your total. After 20 minutes your appointment time will be forfeited, you will be marked as a no show and have to reschedule.
